How PawMemory Works

Turning your pet into a keepsake gift takes just a few simple steps. No design skills needed — you send the photo, we handle the artwork.

1. Choose Your Gift

Pick your tote color and gift box tier — Basic, Premium, Custom Deluxe, or Heritage. Each tier adds more keepsakes and premium packaging.

2. Upload Your Pet's Photo

At checkout, upload a clear photo of your pet and tell us their name. A bright, front-facing photo gives the best artwork result (see our Photo Guide).

3. We Create the Artwork

Our artists hand-finish a custom portrait of your pet and prepare a design preview so you can see it before production.

4. We Pack & Ship With Care

Your gift is printed, assembled, wrapped in premium packaging, and shipped worldwide — ready to give or keep.
